Shipping Policy

At the end of your order, we will send you an email confirmation, confirming receipt of your order and specifying all the details such as the chosen payment method or shipping address indicated. If you notice an error, at the address indicated, or at any other point of the request, you must inform us immediately through the contact migbarroso@hotmail.com to proceed with the resolution of the error.

Once the product leaves our warehouse (orders cannot always leave our warehouse on the same day as the order is placed) the delivery time in the Iberian Peninsula will be 48/72 hours (from Monday to Friday), except for orders where delivery will take place in a city far from urban centers or difficult to access, in this case, the delivery time could exceed 72 working hours. If, at the time of delivery, it is noticeable and clearly visible, without the need to manipulate the packaging or the products, that they have defects caused by transport or if an error in the merchandise received is appreciated, the customer should write it down in the delivery notification and communicate it within a maximum of 24 hours through one of our contacts.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund the money or exchange the item(s), but the transport and management costs will not be reimbursed. You will have up to 14 days to return the item(s), but the return costs will be borne by the buyer. Partial product returns are not allowed if the purchase is a price promotion or discount for the joint purchase of products. The refund will be made once the product is received and we verify that it is in perfect condition (except in the case of defective or damaged products during the delivery delivery to the customer) and never within more than 14 days. The refund can be made in the payment method chosen, and it can also indicate an alternative IBAN, as well as the SWIFT code in order to be refunded.
