Chromotremolite - Chromium rich variety of Tremolite (Amphibole).
Location: Merelani Hills, Simanjiro, Manyara, Tanzania.
Anhedral granular cluster of Chromotremolite translucent light green associated thin lamellae of black Graphite with metallic luster and some anhedral Pyrite. Sample with 2.5 x 2.0 x 1.5cm. Associated with high pressure metamorphic rocks.
